Usage and Billing

This chapter explains how to view request usage and estimated costs in the Site URL console.

Usage

On the Usage page, you can review overall account usage from multiple dimensions:

• Time dimension: daily, weekly, and monthly request trends.
• Model dimension: usage distribution across different models or vendors, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and xAI.
• Key dimension: request counts, consumption, and cost share by API key.

This information helps you:

• identify abnormal usage, such as unusual spikes in a short period;
• analyze usage by project or team member;
• support later cost optimization.

Billing

On the Billing page, you can typically:

• review the current billing cycle:
  • total consumption in the current period;
  • paid and outstanding amounts, if applicable;
• review billing history:
  • usage and charges by billing cycle;
  • payment records and invoice information, if supported.

If you need more detailed financial or reimbursement data, export billing details or contact support.

Cost-control recommendations

• Separate environments by key: create different keys for development, testing, and production.
• Review usage regularly: check the Usage page for abnormal peaks and high-cost model usage.
• Define internal usage policies: for example, limit the use of certain high-cost models.
