Top-up and Multipliers

This page explains top-up channels and rate multipliers for individual and enterprise customers.

Individual customers

If you need manual assistance with top-up or have large-amount top-up requirements, contact support through the channels listed in the “Contact” section of the “Support” chapter (Support QQ / Support Email).

You can use those channels to:

  • learn about current top-up plans and corresponding multipliers, for example 0.9x rate, which means a 10% discount from the standard price;
  • get instructions for online top-up;
  • ask about balance, billing cycles, and related matters.

Group / enterprise customers

  • Email: see the Support Email in the “Contact” section of the “Overview” chapter.

By email, you can:

  • learn about enterprise top-up and settlement options;
  • discuss groups and multipliers, for example, a 0.9x rate for a specific group;
  • obtain formal materials required for finance or procurement processes.

  • Each group corresponds to one multiplier, which reflects the discount level of that group.
